Initial plans for our 2nd Annual St. Judes Family Fun Day & Fish Fry were discussed. A tenative date of
Sunday September 14th was decided upon, pending confirmation with schedule availability. We all agreed
that the event needs more extensive promotion. This is our chapter's major event and we need everyone to
actively work to pull it together and make it a success!!

John and Pez ran with the grill idea and have started their own business! D & J's Catfish Shack is
currently set up behind Brewzerz and will be set up at Riders of the Storm! Good food ... Stop by and
check it out!
  
We will still be grilling to raise money for our chapter and St. Judes. We discussed setting up our grill with
the Catfish Shack, expanding the menu to offer burgers and hot dogs, at Riders of the Storm and other
events, as well as at Brewzerz. The idea is to make regular donations to St. Judes and earn enough for our
chapter to cover the costs of the Family Day Fish Fry in September.
We moved our meeting time to 1:00 with the idea of either grilling or having a chapter ride following the
meetings. We are doing our best to make participation convenient for everyone by co-ordinating activities!

We are working on a mobile BBQ grill as a St. Judes fundraiser at different motorcycle events. Our target
goal is to have it up and ready for a trial run at the Spring Bayou Bike & Music Splash (May 2nd, 3rd and 4th
in Marksville) so we can have it fine tuned for Riders of the Storm (May 23rd, 24th, 25th & 26th in Fifth |
